The American Society of Bariatric Surgeons states that every weight loss surgery program should include a support group.           Prior to you initial evaluation, you will meet with a staff member for an informational session. During this visit you will receive a packet, which includes this material as well as a patient questionnaire and other forms.

The Weight Loss Clinic

The Weight Loss Clinic offers a comprehensive medical approach to the treatment of obesity including both medical and surgical therapies.  The Weight Loss Clinic has been performing laparoscopic Bariatric surgery since 1998.  It is privately owned and managed by physicians as a division of Central Pennsylvania Surgical Associates.  The clinic treats only obesity and related conditions in a setting designed to accommodate the special needs of our patients.
